René Kizilcec

Kizilcec’s research interests include Human Computer Interaction, Computer-Mediated Communication and Online Learning. His current research focuses on engagement patterns in online learning where he analyzes learner behavior in massive open online courses. One particular interest lies in creating longitudinal models of learners to capture the effects of selective engagement and interventions in the course on persistence and performance.
